Per the news release: Detectives with the Rockville City Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Unit have charged Nelvin Reyes-Nieto, 18, and a juvenile, both of Rockville, in connection with an attempted strong-arm robbery and auto theft early this afternoon.

The incident began shortly after 11:30 a.m. when Rockville City Police officers responded to a call for a robbery near the intersection of Waddington Lane and Waddington Ct.
