Dini’s Divine Homemade Pies is opening its pop-up shop at 11612 Boiling Brook Place Rockville, MD 20852, next door to Vignola Gourmet in the Randolph Hills Shopping Center.

Dini’s will have limited hours in March. As of now, they will be open every Saturday, 11am-3pm starting on March 9th. They offer dessert pies and rotate their flavors according to product availability and what’s in season. Dini’s started in the winter of 2021, baking pies for friends and family during the holidays. By the Mother’s Day 2022, they were licensed and insured and selling pies pop-ups at Rocklands Farm Winery.

“We’re busy getting ready for our grand re-opening. As of March 1, 2024, we’ll be operating out of a new commercial kitchen and sharing space with a local favorite, Vignola Gourmet (located in the Randolph Hills Shopping Center).

We’re currently taking a few holiday pre-orders and plan to have pop-up sales every Saturday in March, beginning on March 9. Stay tuned for more announcements and join us on March 9 for our Opening Day.”

Per Dini’s: We are a small company in Maryland dedicated to baking delicious pies made with simple ingredients. Our all-butter crust is made with organic flour. We use fresh, organic, and locally-sourced fruit whenever possible. And our recipes come from the heart. Simply put, we make pies we love to eat.

There’s something else you should know: our pies are beautiful. Each one is an edible work of art and no two pies look the same. They are handmade (no pie press here!) and decorated by the baker, in the moment, with love and excitement.

Our pies are THE ART OF YUM! We invite you to see and taste for yourself!
