Montgomery County Police has announced that three suspects are currently in custody and being held without bond in connection to a February homicide.

Three people have been arrested in connection with the death of a Germantown man whose body was located in a wooded area on Game Preserve Road on Thursday, February 8, 2024. 36-year-old Quinnton Eric Brown, 26-year-old DeAngelo McRoy, and 24-year-old Alicia Carson-Brown, all of Gaithersburg, face first-degree murder charges for the death of 35-year-old Delondre Levert Sawyer.

Through the course of the investigation, Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes detectives identified each individual as suspects.

On Tuesday, March 5, detectives applied for and received an arrest warrant charging Carson-Brown with accessory after the fact, first-degree murder and motor vehicle/unlawful taking. On March 6, additional charges were obtained in a warrant for Carson-Brown to include armed robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.  She was arrested in Gaithersburg.
