&Shawarma (AndShawarma) is now open in the space that was recently home to Galito’s Flame-Grilled Chicken and previously home to Nirvana Reflexology Spa at 15918 Shady Grove Road in the Shady Grove Center (the shopping center that is home to The Melting Pot).
The restaurant comes from the same people who own and operate Hummus Mediterranean Grill in Hagerstown- a restaurant that has been open since 2018 and has a 4.8/5 rating on Google with nearly 1,000 reviews. Below you’ll see photos of the restaurant and a bowl, courtesy of Afshan Mizrahi.
You can create your own bowl using a base of rice, greens, half and half, cauliflower riced or a wrap instead of a bowl. Protein options include chicken shawarma, lamb shawarma, gyro meat, and falafel, followed by nearly 20 topping options and over 10 sauces.
