Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in connection to a residential burglary.
According to police, the incident occurred on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 4 a.m. in the 180 block of High Park Lane in Silver Spring.
The suspect is described as a Black male, average height, with a slight build, wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants, and black tennis shoes. The suspect forced entry into the victim’s apartment. The victim woke up after hearing a loud noise, saw the suspect inside his home and ran out the door in fear of his safety. The suspect exited the home and left the scene without taking any property.
