Montgomery County Police have announced the results of a multi-agency sobriety checkpoint that took place on Friday.
Per the news release: “On Friday, June 14, 2024, officers from the Montgomery County Police, Takoma Park Police, Maryland State Police and Maryland Transportation Authority Police conducted a sobriety checkpoint northbound on New Hampshire Avenue at Sligo Creek Parkway and arrested 5 people for driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
