The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is investigating a shooting in the 19600 block of Gunners Branch Rd.
According to police, an “adult female victim has been transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The scene is secure. No suspects in custody. Further information will be released when available.”
Public safety reporter Cordell Pugh tweeted the following, “shooting on Gunners Branch Road near Midridge Road and the Greenfield Commons Condominiums (Montgomery County, MD). Victim shot and transported to an area Trauma Center.”
