With star San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk formally requesting a trade on Tuesday, the NFL world is wondering where he will land if the request is met by the 49ers. The Washington Commanders have been rumored to be interested in the wideout, who is best friends with rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels. Daniels was drafted second overall in this year’s draft by Washington. The odds, by sportsbetting.ag, on where Aiyuk could land can be seen below:
| Pittsburgh Steelers | 4/1 |
| Jacksonville Jaguars | 6/1 |
| Indianapolis Colts | 7/1 |
| Washington Commanders | 8/1 |
| Los Angeles Chargers | 9/1 |
| New England Patriots | 10/1 |
| Arizona Cardinals | 10/1 |
Washington has the fourth best odds at landing Aiyuk, at 4:1 odds, with the Steelers, Jaguars, and Colts ahead of them. Aiyuk has previously mentioned the Steelers and Commanders as possible teams he could be traded to if a deal isn’t worked out with the 49ers. He is coming off of two consecutive 1,000 yard receiving seasons with over 1,300 yards last year.
With his contract expiring after this season, Aiyuk is likely to command big money in the neighborhood of a four-year, $120 million contract extension with nearly $80 million guaranteed, similar to the deal Lions receiver Amon Ra St. Brown recently signed.
