Warrior 3 Martial Arts, Yoga, and Fitness Studio, Opens in Traville Village Center

Warrior 3, a martial arts, yoga, and fitness studio, is currently in its soft opening phase at 9737 Traville Gateway Dr. in Rockville. The new fitness studio has taken over the location that was previously home to Kicks Karate.

Warrior 3 will host its official grand opening on July 22nd. Once fully open, the studio will feature martial arts classes for all ages, yoga classes, and fitness classes that include:

Cardio Bounce: Join us for “Cardio Bounce,” a high-energy class that focuses on using the rebounding trampoline to improve cardiovascular health and endurance. Rebounding has been shown to be an effective form of cardiovascular exercise, increasing heart rate and improving circulation. The constant jumping and bouncing motion helps to strengthen the heart and lungs, leading to improved overall cardiovascular fitness.

Bounce and Build: In our “Bounce & Build” class, we combine the benefits of rebounding with intervals of resistance weights. Rebounding on the trampoline activates multiple muscle groups, providing a full-body workout that can help tone and sculpt your physique. By incorporating resistance weights into the routine, we enhance the muscle-building effects of the workout, leading to increased muscle mass and definition.

Thick Chixx: Dance your way to a healthier and happier you with our Dance Fitness class! I will show you how to move your body to the beat while getting a full-body workout. All levels are welcome!

Fit Defense: Self Defense for active adults. This class is intended for active adults who want to learn basic self-defense while getting a safeworkout. Prepare to feel more confident, improve your balance, and focus, while having fun with your peers.

Strength Training: Join our Strength Training class at Warrior 3, designed to help you build muscle, increase power, and improve endurance. This dynamic class incorporates a variety of exercises and equipment to target all major muscle groups. You’ll engage in weightlifting, resistance training, and functional movements under the guidance of our experienced instructors. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, our supportive environment and personalized coaching will help you achieve your fitness goals. Get ready to push your limits, enhance your strength, and transform your body!
