Former Cubano’s Building Available to Purchase For $2.75 Million

The building that was the home of Cubano’s in Silver Spring (1201 Fidler Lane) for more than 20 years can be purchased for $2.75 million, according to a new listing on a business-for-sale website.

Cubano’s first opened its doors in Silver Spring back in 2001. The restaurant closed earlier this year, but the closure was initially listed as temporary on Google and a sign on the door stated that the restaurant would be closed for remodeling until July. In August, the closure was confirmed to be permanent. In 2020, Cubano’s opened its Bethesda location, which remains open, in the space that was previously home to Louisiana Kitchen location at 4907 Cordell Ave.

The listing markets the space as a “freestanding, built-out restaurant” with a building that is 4,064 SF and includes a 568 SF walk-out basement for a total square footage of 4,632. Featured photo courtesy of BizBuySell.
