District 4 (4D) Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) Commander David Smith shared that 400 pressed fentanyl pills were recovered when protective patrol observed and interrupted a drug sale on Friday night.
According to a tweet by Commander Smith on Saturday afternoon, “Last night, a 4D specialized team on proactive patrol observed and interrupted a drug sale, arresting the buyer and his juvenile dealer in the Glenmont neighborhood. Over 400 pressed fentanyl pills recovered. Work continues to reduce and eliminate sources of supply into the community.”
