Back in June, MOD Pizza closed its location at 12027 Rockville Pike (Montrose Crossing). The closure came approximately three months after the Kentlands location closed and a few months after the announcement that its Downtown Silver Spring location at 909 Ellsworth Dr Suite B106 would not be reopening after closing in the summer of 2023 due plumbing issues. Now, its replacement at Montrose Crossing has signed on.
Sleep Number will be moving in, with temporary signage already up on the doors and construction ongoing. The store is known for its advanced mattresses and various bedding accessories and currently has existing Montgomery County locations in Bethesda and Silver Spring. An opening date is not yet available.
