Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) Fire/Explosive Investigators have arrested 27-year-old Edward Kamara at his residence in Lanham, Maryland, in connection with an arson incident that occurred in Rockville.
The incident took place on November 19th at the Camden Shady Grove Apartments located at 9709 Key West Avenue (Rockville, MD) resulting in damage exceeding $40,000.
