Detectives from the Gaithersburg Police Department – Investigative Section are investigating a stabbing that occurred in the area of Kentlands Boulevard and Commerce Square Place in Gaithersburg.
Per Gaithersburg Police, “On Friday, January 3, 2025 at approximately 3:43 p.m., officers from the Gaithersburg Police Department and the Montgomery County Police Department – 6th District responded to the area of Kentlands Boulevard and Commerce Square Place for the report of a stabbing that just occurred. Officers located a juvenile male victim suffering from an apparent stab wound. Fire and Rescue personnel arrived on-scene and transported the victim to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The juvenile male suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival. This incident remains an active investigation.
