Dollar Tree has signed on to move into the Cloverly Towne Center. The deal was brokered by Danny Rubin of Wash Urban.
Dollar Tree will be opening in a space that was previously home to a karate studio, but has been vacant for the last few years. Dollar Tree will join Colesville Dentistry, BC Fitness, a Montgomery County Liquor Store, Vocelli Pizza, and more. It will be moving in next to the former home of Elite Dance.
Dollar Tree, a Fortune 200 Company, operated 16,590 stores across 48 states and five Canadian provinces as of November 2024. Stores operate under the brands of Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, and Dollar Tree Canada. An additional Montgomery County location is coming soon to Gaithersburg (Kentlands) and a new store opened last year in North Bethesda. Existing MoCo locations can be found in Damascus, Montgomery Village, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Briggs Chaney, and Wheaton.
