Sardi’s Peruvian Chicken will open its fourth Montgomery County location at 5290 Randolph Rd in Loehmann’s Plaza (Rockville/N. Bethesda).
Sardi’s, which was founded by Montgomery County natives Phil E. Sardelis and Phil G. Sardelis, will be taking over the space that was most recently occupied by Toosso Pakistani Kitchen for nearly three years and the longtime home of Boston Market before that.
Sardi’s has additional Montgomery County locations in Gaithersburg, Olney, and Takoma Park. The restaurant has nearly 20 locations overall that can be found primarily across the state of Maryland with additional locations in Virginia and Philadelphia, PA. The restaurant is expected to open later this year, but a specific date is not yet available.
Per the restaurant, “Sardi’s founders Phil E. Sardelis and Phil G. Sardelis dreamt of a place to bring their families, to enjoy fresh food and fun together. Their idea of mixing bold ideas, rich Peruvian flavors, and fresh ingredients kept them awake at night. Today, their dream is a reality where millions of customers are served every year with flavorful, quality, authentic Peruvian cuisine.”
