Today we will look at the least expensive condo, townhouse, and single family home currently available for sale in Montgomery County. We did not include any listings that were pending/contingent as of 2:30pm on Monday afternoon. The information we used was taken from realtor.com
According to Redfin, “In January 2025, Montgomery County home prices were up 11.9% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $592K. On average, homes in Montgomery County sell after 46 days on the market compared to 38 days last year. There were 512 homes sold in January this year, up from 472 last year.”
Currently, the least expensive condo available for sale in Montgomery County is located at The Carolyn (1900 Lyttonsville Rd.) in Silver Spring. According to the listing, the one bedroom, one bathroom, 577 SF condo is “Sun-filled and updated on a high floor with awesome views” and has “great amenities, centrally located building across from future Purple Line.” It’s going for $150K, but does come with a hefty HOA monthly fee of $931.
The least expensive townhouse available can be found at 18134 Copps Hill Place in Gaithersburg/Montgomery Village. According to the listing, the two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 1,018 SF house is “Well maintained with NEW carpeting and fresh paint throughout” and has an “exterior enclosed stone patio with built-in storage shed.” It’s going for $275K.
The least expensive single family home can be found at 18020 Cactus Ct. in Gaithersburg. According to the listing, the four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 1,590SF house contains a “well-maintained layout with spacious living areas” and an “expansive backyard provides ample space for gardening, recreation, or designing your perfect outdoor retreat.” It is listed for $425K.
