The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) has released additional information regarding the deaths of two adults found in The Ritz-Carlton Residences in the 8500 block of Connecticut Avenue on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
According to MCPD, “The decedents have been identified as 61-year-old Kate Simoni Fralin and 63-year-old William Scott Fralin, both of Chevy Chase. This remains an active and ongoing investigation. There is no threat to the community.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore is conducting autopsies to determine the cause and manner of death. That information will be shared in a formal news release following the conclusion of the autopsies.”
