Arrest Made After Victim Was Stabbed, Pepper-Sprayed, and Struck with Skateboard At Metro Station

On April 18, 2025, at approximately 4:22 p.m., Rockville City Police responded to a reported stabbing at the Rockville Metro Station, 250 Rockville Pike. A 39-year-old male victim had been involved in a verbal altercation with two juveniles that escalated when he was pepper-sprayed, stabbed in the back, and struck multiple times with a skateboard.

Per Rockville Police: “Thanks to quick-thinking 911 callers who provided detailed suspect descriptions, officers swiftly apprehended two male juveniles, ages 13 and 14, nearby. The victim was treated at the scene and declined further medical attention.

Both juveniles are being charged with multiple counts of assault and reckless endangerment. We thank the public for their assistance and remain committed to keeping Rockville safe.”
