The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) responded to the 11500 block of Rockville Pike at approximately 9:54 p.m. on Monday, April 21, for the report of an adult male shot.
According to MCPD, the victim was involved in an altercation with a male and female before being shot. He was transported to an area hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. No arrests have been made and investigators believe the victim and suspects are known to each other.
