A traffic advisory was issued on Saturday afternoon after a driver crashed into an electrical pole near the intersection of Travilah Rd and Split Creek Circle.
The traffic advisory from the Montgomery County Police Department stated the following: “A traffic collision has Travilah Road shut down at Split Creek Court. Drivers are advised to seek an alternate route and expect delays.”
We have been told that the driver was critically injured, by nearby residents who were on the scene following the crash and during the investigation. We will provide an update when official, confirmed information is released.
