On Tuesday morning, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) were dispatched to the intersection of Norwood Road and New Hampshire Avenue in Silver Spring following an auto collision involving a school bus. The bus was occupied by more than 20 children at the time of the incident.
According to an update by MCFRS Assistant Chief David Pazos, two adults and 10 children have been transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Further details regarding the incident are yet to be released. Authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision.
