Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to storm damage on Valley Wood Drive in the Greenwood Knolls neighborhood in Glenmont on Thursday night, where a large tree fell on several houses, causing significant structural damage.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, no injuries were reported, but several homes in the area were affected by falling trees and debris, displacing multiple families.
