A GoFundMe has been launched to support the family of Ashley Salazar, a Clarksburg resident who was killed in fatal wrong-way crash at northbound I-270 at Germantown Road early Friday morning, July 5.
According to the GoFundMe organizer, Ashley’s sister Gladis Gomez, “Hello, my name is Gladis Gomez. I am the sister of Ashley Salazar, who tragically passed away on July 5, 2025. I am asking friends and family to help during this difficult time and donate if possible to assist with funeral arrangements. Ashley sadly left behind two beautiful boys, and we are very saddened by this tragedy. Please help in whatever way you possibly can.”
