Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded around 3:30 a.m. on Monday to multiple fires outside a shopping center near Country Boy Market in Glenmont.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, two vehicles were intentionally set on fire, causing an estimated $30,000 in damages, including $20,000 in damage to a nearby structure. No injuries were reported and the incident is under investigation as arson.
