The highly acclaimed No Regrets Pizza has officially signed a lease to expand its operations at its current location within Harwood Flats. The pizzeria, which opened in May 2024, will be taking over the vacant space directly behind their existing establishment, paving the way for some exciting improvements to enhance the customer experience.
No Regrets Pizza has quickly become a local favorite by offering a unique menu that focuses on two distinct styles of pizza: classic New York and authentic Roman. The Roman-style pies are known for their rectangular shape and a light, crispy crust that comes from a 72-hour cold fermentation process. The menu also features delicious Italian street sandwiches and homemade pasta dishes, as well as a selection of craft cocktails and locally produced beers, making it a fast-casual lunch spot that transforms into a full-service restaurant in the evening.
This new expansion will allow the team to significantly streamline its operations. The dishwashing and prep stations will be relocated to the new space, freeing up valuable room in the main kitchen. In a move that will be particularly welcome for those on the go, a brand-new, dedicated pizza oven will be installed exclusively for fulfilling takeout orders. The expansion also includes the creation of a new, convenient takeout entrance accessible from the Huff Court side of the building.
