Fallen Oak Distilling Company Rolls Out a Fresh, Flavor-Packed Menu

Since opening its doors in November 2024, Fallen Oak Distilling Company in Olney has been known as the go-to spot for handcrafted cocktails, smooth spirits, and a welcoming atmosphere perfect for a night out. Now, the team at Fallen Oak is raising the bar, literally and figuratively, by unveiling a revamped food menu that’s every bit as exciting as their drinks (photos below).

The brand-new lineup is designed to showcase the distillery’s kitchen, bringing bold flavors, elevated comfort food, and creative pairings to the table. From hearty entrées to shareable bites, the updated menu is all about giving guests a full dining experience that matches the same passion and craftsmanship found in every cocktail.

“People know us for our spirits,” said co-owner Ralph Mollet, “but we want them to know our kitchen is just as much a part of the story. This menu highlights what Fallen Oak is all about—quality, creativity, and taste. We pride ourselves on being a true ground-to-glass operation with our spirits – and now we can do the same by growing ingredients, harvesting and putting together delicious plates.”

Guests can expect fresh additions across the board, with multiple new entrées, seasonal features, and dishes designed to pair perfectly with signature cocktails. Ralphie’s Crab Cake is an old family recipe that’s perfect with a seasonal beer, while the Bourbon-Braised Short Rib melts in your mouth. And an Old Fashioned is the perfect pairing. Think rich flavors that play well with whiskey, bright bites that match crisp gin, and satisfying plates that make a night at Fallen Oak more than just drinks…it’s dinner, too.

The space itself is just as inviting as the menu. On the same campus as Lone Oak Farm Brewing Company, Fallen Oak was named for the Lone Oak – a White Oak tree that sadly fell in April of 2023. Fallen Oak boasts a rustic-modern charm in the Tasting Room, Porch and Lawn. And The Whispering Spirit Speakeasy truly feels like a step back in time. There’s a lively energy, and warm hospitality, no matter when you visit. Whether you’re stopping in for happy hour, date night, or a weekend gathering with friends, this is a spot that feels fresh, fun, and worth coming back to again and again. Don’t like spirits? Sip on something from their new Apothecary Series – tasty mocktails they’ve created with mood-boosting adaptogens like Lion’s Mane and Ashwagandha.

So, if you’ve been wondering what all the buzz is about, or if it’s been a minute since your last visit, there’s never been a better time to pull up a chair at Fallen Oak Distilling Company. Come for the cocktails, stay for the food, and discover why this new menu is about to become the talk of the town.
