Back in April we let you know that Buffalo Wild Wings signed on for an additional Buffalo Wild Wings GO location in Olney. BWW GO is a scaled-down version of the restaurant that focuses on the to-go and delivery format. The company has now received a permit valued at $185K to begin construction.
BWWGO will be taking over the space that was home to Three Points Cycles at 3231 Spartan Rd in Olney until Memorial Day 2024. Interior construction moved quickly after it began at the Gaithersburg location, the first BWW GO location in the county, which opened last month. An opening date is not yet available for the Olney location.
In March 2022, we reported the restaurant will open its ‘Go’ concept in the upcoming Crossroads at Kensington development– a new retail development that will be located at 10619 Connecticut Avenue (at Plyers Mill Road) in Kensington. That location is expected to open later this year. A new Burtonsville store is also opening at the previous Subway location at 15500B Old Columbia Pike, in the Burtonsville Village Center.
