Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn is expected to provide an update Monday afternoon on the status of starting quarterback Jayden Daniels following an injury sustained during Thursday night’s game against the Green Bay Packers.
JP Finlay of NBC Sports Washington reported that Quinn will address reporters at 3:30 p.m. Monday. Finlay added on social media that while there are “some concerns” about Daniels’ condition, they are “not major.” He also noted that Daniels will likely miss some practice time.
Grant Paulsen of 106.7 The Fan previously reported that Daniels underwent an MRI after the game in Green Bay, though the team has not yet confirmed details about the results or if he will miss any time. Monday’s remarks from Quinn are expected to offer the first official update on his status.
