Quench Craft Beer & Wine, located at 13423 New Hampshire Avenue in Colesville, has announced that it will permanently close later this month after 15 years in business.
In a message shared on social media, owners Lala and Mike, along with the Quench! team, wrote:
“After 15 years of operation, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors. Our last day of business will be Thursday, October 30th, 2025. We will be closing the Taproom on Friday, October 24th. Please let your friends know that everything at the bar will be 50% off starting today, as we try to deplete our inventory. It has been a pleasure serving our community and making friends along the way. Thank you all for the years of support.”
Known for its friendly atmosphere, wide craft beer selection, and community events, Quench has been a go-to spot for beer lovers in the Colesville and Silver Spring area since opening in 2010. Over the years, it became a favorite for tasting events, local tap takeovers, and a gathering place for neighbors and regulars alike.
With its final day of service approaching, Quench is offering a 50% discount on bar items as it winds down operations. The owners thanked their loyal customers for more than a decade of support and memories.
