The Takoma Park Police Department is investigating an indecent exposure incident that occurred Saturday night, November 1, at the Sunoco gas station located in the 6300 block of New Hampshire Avenue.

According to police, officers responded around 9:16pm after receiving a report from a woman who was purchasing gas when she was approached by an unknown man carrying a garbage bag. The suspect reportedly attempted to sell her items, and when she declined, he exposed his genitals to her.
The victim immediately left the gas station and contacted police. Authorities said she was not physically touched or injured during the encounter. Officers canvassed the surrounding area but were unable to locate the suspect.
