The Crêpe Shoppe, which opened at 202 Ellington Blvd in Gaithersburg’s Downtown Crown in October 2025, has announced it has relocated to 230 Crown Park Ave, the former location of Cinnaholic, and will reopen on Wednesday, March 25.
The Gaithersburg-based business, known for its presence at local farmers markets, offers a menu of both sweet and savory crêpes, including breakfast options, savory selections, and dessert-style creations. The café also offers gluten-free and vegan batter options.
Founded by Maritza Guzman Dotti, The Crêpe Shoppe emphasizes locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and offers catering services for private and corporate events. Dotti launched the Holy Crêpes food truck in 2013 after more than a decade in the food service industry.
