Arthritis and Rheumatism Associates, P.C. (ARA) has opened a new location in Silver Spring (White Oak), expanding its presence in Montgomery County with a large, full-service clinic at White Oak Town Center.
The new office, located at 12255 Prosperity Drive, Suite 200, began welcoming patients on April 13. The space includes 32 exam rooms and offers a wide range of services on-site, including an infusion suite, physical therapy, radiology, and laboratory services.
The White Oak team includes Drs. Adey Berhanu, Nitasha Kumar, Jeffrey Potter, Eva Rottmann, and Sonia Silinsky Krupnikova. ARA Managing Director Dr. Ashley Beall said the practice is “excited to return to the Silver Spring area,” adding that patients can expect high-quality care delivered with a focus on compassion and professionalism.
Founded in 1976, ARA specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting joints, muscles, tendons, and connective tissue. In addition to rheumatology consultations, the practice offers infusion therapy services, rehabilitation therapy and wellness programs, a gout treatment center, a wellness and weight loss center, and a medical cannabis institute.
ARA also participates in national clinical trials, giving patients access to new and emerging treatments for a wide range of rheumatologic conditions.
The new Silver Spring office joins ARA’s existing locations in Rockville, Chevy Chase, Frederick, Washington, DC, and Fairfax.
