Takoma Park Police have arrested Richard Emmanuel Williams, 21, of Silver Spring, on charges of second-degree rape, fourth-degree sex offense, first- and second-degree assault and false imprisonment.
A traffic stop in White Oak led to two arrests and the recovery of a loaded privately made firearm and crack cocaine, according to Montgomery County Police.
Campestre Chicken has reopened at after a kitchen fire forced the family-owned restaurant to temporarily close in January.
