Mezeh Mediterranean Grill is now open in Olney, more than two years after plans for the location were first announced.
The restaurant has officially opened at 18127 Town Center Dr. in the Fair Hill Shopping Center, taking over the former Olney Winery space. The location’s online ordering page now lists the restaurant as open daily from 10:30am to 11pm.
Back in January 2024, plans were revealed for Mezeh to join the shopping center alongside neighboring Chopt. While Chopt opened more than a year ago, Mezeh’s buildout moved at a much slower pace, with long stretches of minimal visible activity before construction accelerated earlier this year.
The fast-casual Mediterranean chain offers customizable bowls, wraps, salads, and plates with a variety of proteins, toppings, sauces, and spreads. Founded in Annapolis in 2013, Mezeh has steadily expanded across the East Coast and already operates several Montgomery County locations, including Aspen Hill, Gaithersburg, and Germantown.
Another Montgomery County location also remains in the plans as part of the Crossroads at Kensington development on Connecticut Avenue.
