Spirit Halloween is returning to Congressional Plaza in Rockville this Halloween season.
The announcement comes just one week after we reported that Spirit Halloween will also be coming to the Clarksburg Premium Outlets for the first time.
The Rockville store will once again open at Congressional Plaza, in the former Last Call by Neiman Marcus space. This is a change from the former Buy Buy Baby space the store was located in last year that will soon be the home of Nordstrom Rack. Spirit Halloween stores typically begin opening in late summer ahead of the Halloween season.
Spirit is also expected to open a store at Westfield Wheaton mall.
