Metro Transit Police are asking for the public’s help identifying an individual wanted in connection with an assault of a WMATA employee aboard a Metrobus in Silver Spring.
According to MTPD, the second-degree assault occurred Saturday, August 1, aboard a Metrobus operating on the M54 route near Colesville Road and Woodmoor Circle.
Investigators have released images of the individual and said they are actively searching for the person. “Our investigators are actively searching for this person,” MTPD stated. “If you have any information on this individual, please contact MTPD.”
