Coming soon signage is now up at the future SWTHZ location in the Kentlands that we reported had leased a space in April. An opening timeframe has not yet been announced.
The contrast therapy studio signed a lease earlier this year for 107 Market St W, taking over the space most recently occupied by Poke Bros. The Kentlands studio will mark the company’s second Maryland location, following its March 2025 debut at Pike & Rose in North Bethesda.
SWTHZ offers private contrast therapy suites where clients can spend up to 60 minutes alternating between an infrared sauna and a cold plunge. Each suite also includes a Vitamin C shower and built-in entertainment options. The company says the experience is designed to support physical recovery and mental wellness.
