Montgomery County Police responded to Northwest High School in Germantown Thursday afternoon for a reported armed robbery inside the school.
According to MCPD, 5th District officers were dispatched to the school, located in the 13500 block of Richter Farm Rd., at approximately 12:35pm.
Police said one juvenile suspect was arrested away from the school campus and a handgun was recovered. No injuries have been reported. MCPD said officers have cleared the campus. We’ll provide an update if additional information becomes available.
