District 4 (4D) Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) Commander David Smith shared that 4D units are working a traffic incident with an overturned vehicle on Layhill Road at Norbeck Road.
According to a ‘Severe Traffic Alert’ by Alert Montgomery at 2:46pm, the traffic incident closes all SB lanes and 1 NB lane of Layhill Rd. at Norbeck Rd. Expect significant delays. Seek alternate route.”
