Police Investigating Apartment Complex Burglary; Surveillance Video of Suspects Released

The Montgomery County Police department is investigating a commercial burglary that occurred on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at approximately 8:42 p.m. at the Montgomery Towers Apartment Complex in the 400 block of Silver Spring Avenue in Silver Spring.
According to police, “The two suspects arrived at the location in a dark blue Chevy Malibu and forced entry into the apartment building. Suspect one used a power tool to access money inside a coin and bill changer machine. The suspects then left the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

Suspect one is described as a Black male who walks with an obvious limp, in his forties or fifties, with a black/grey beard, wearing a black hat, a white tank top, a black True Religion shirt, black ripped jeans and red Foamposites shoes.

Suspect two is described as a Black male, bald, in his forties or fifties, wearing glasses, a green shirt, blue jeans and grey New Balance shoes.
