Suspension of Late-Night Alcohol Sales Effective Friday, November 6th at 5pm

Per an e-mail sent to local restaurant owners from Montgomery County ABS (Alcohol Beverage Services):

Due to the recent positivity rate increase and the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases, Montgomery County is rolling back the hours on the Late-Night Alcohol Sales permit.

Effective Friday, November 6 at 5:00 p.m. all businesses that had been approved to sell alcoholic beverages until 12:00 a.m. must suspend the sale or provision of alcoholic beverages to anyone after 10:00 p.m.

Businesses must also ensure that all alcoholic beverages are off all tables and collected from patrons by 10:00 p.m.
