Last night surveillance officers working in downtown Silver Spring identified a vehicle entering Montgomery County from Washington DC that was wanted for felony crimes in Virginia.

Officers were able to safely take the suspect into custody with K9, RAVEN 1 drone, and uniformed officers also assisting.

A loaded handgun with an extended magazine was recovered from the vehicle. In my opinion, this prevented further crimes which could have happened In Montgomery County.
