Police Respond to Three Commercial Burglaries and One Attempted Commercial Burglary

On March 25 and 27, Takoma Park Police responded to three commercial burglaries and one attempted commercial burglary. Additional information below courtesy of Takoma Park Police:


6800 block of New Hampshire Avenue:  Officers responded on March 25 at 5:07 am.  Upon arrival, officers observed that the front door glass at the Marathon Gas Station had been broken out, and the door had been forcibly pried open.  Property was stolen.  Case #250012955

6400 block of New Hampshire Avenue:  Officers responded on March 25 at 7:05 am.  Upon arrival, officers observed that the front glass window to Black Deal Friday had been shattered.  Once inside, unknown suspects damaged and removed a lock.  Property was stolen.  Case #250012960

6800 block of New Hampshire Avenue:  Officers responded on March 25 at 7:05 am.  Upon arrival, officers observed that the front glass window to Mercy Dry Cleaners had been shattered.  Property was stolen.  Case #250012961

6500 block of New Hampshire Avenue:  Officers responded on March 27 at 1:47 am.  Upon arrival, officers observed that the left-side panel glass window to the Mid Atlantic Seafood restaurant had been shattered.  It appeared as though no property was stolen at the time of the report.  Case #250013323
