The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred on Thursday, May 15, in the 11400 block of Lockwood Drive in White Oak.
According to MCPD, “On Thursday, May 15, at approximately 10:28 p.m.. Montgomery County 3rd District officers, and Fire Rescue were called to the 11400 block of Lockwood Drive in Silver Spring for a stabbing.
A 31-year-old male was found with an apparent stab wound. He was transported to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division responded to the location and is investigating this death. No suspect has been identified.
More information will be released as it becomes available, including the name of the decedent, following proper notification of next of kin.”
