Spirit Halloween is now open in the former Party City space at Westfield Wheaton, located at 11160 Veirs Mill Rd.
Additional confirmed Spirit locations this year include 30 Grand Corner Avenue at Gaithersburg’s Rio Lakefront and the former Buy Buy Baby space at 1683 Rockville Pike in Congressional Plaza. There is no word on whether the retailer will return to its previous location at 13822 Georgia Avenue in Aspen Hill, where it operated last year.
Spirit Halloween stores typically open in late August or early September, offering a limited-time shopping opportunity for costumes, decorations, animatronics, makeup, and accessories. The company operates more than 1,400 stores across North America each season, with its website remaining open year-round to offer its full range of products online.
