The Upper Montgomery County Volunteer Fire Department is looking forward to their annual open house they are hosting on Sunday October 5th, from 12:00PM to 4:00PM.
Everyone is invited to visit the recently-expanded Upper Montgomery County Fire Station 714 at 19801 Beallsville Road, just off of Darnestown Road (MD-28).
Visitors will be able to explore the emergency apparatus that respond from Station 714 (including several inflatable boats). Other activities will include hay rides, scavenger hunts, and other family-friendly games and activities.
The Upper Montgomery County Volunteer Fire Department will also be hosting several food trucks and other vendors during their open house. This year, the UMCVFD is also using their Open House to begin their 80th Anniversary Celebrations
