Montgomery County Police responded late Monday morning to a reported stabbing in Chevy Chase late Monday morning.
According to police, 2nd District officers were dispatched at 11:07am to the 8400 block of Farrell Drive for the report of a stabbing. When officers arrived, they found an adult male victim suffering from minor injuries. Police say the victim was not transported to the hospital.
A juvenile male suspect has been taken into custody. The investigation remains active and ongoing, according to MCPD, which shared the update on social media around 12:46pm. Authorities have not yet released additional details, including a possible motive or whether the individuals knew each other.
