Viral Food Truck Flavor Hive Coming to Martin Luther King Jr. Middle in Germantown

Germantown’s Shihan Chowdhury, the viral chef behind the hit food truck Flavor Hive, is coming back to where it all started. The Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School and Seneca Valley High School alum will bring his popular creation home for a one-day fundraiser at his former middle school on Monday, November 3, from 12pm-8pm.

The event will feature Flavor Hive’s signature “create-your-own” bowls and the truck’s famous chip bag meals where guests can bring their own bag of chips (any size) or opt for a custom bowl for lunch or dinner. A portion of all sales will be donated to MLK Middle School, supporting student programs and school initiatives.

Chowdhury’s food truck has gained national attention on TikTok and Instagram for its inventive street-food mashups.‘Flavor Hive has built a devoted following for its bold, mix-and-match flavors and creative takes on comfort food. Lines often stretch down the block when the truck sets up in the DMV, with customers eager to film their first bite for social media.

MLK Middle and the Germantown community are invited to come out, grab a bite, and support the school while welcoming home one of their own success stories. Event Details:
