The Takoma Park Police Department is investigating a report of indecent exposure that occurred on Thursday morning, November 7, in the area of Holt Place and Philadelphia Avenue.
According to police, the incident took place at approximately 9:23 a.m. when a victim waiting for a bus was approached by a man in a vehicle. The suspect, driving what was described as a green or blue sedan, stopped nearby and called out to the victim asking for directions. When the victim approached to assist, she observed that the man was naked. The suspect then drove away toward Carroll Avenue. The suspect is described as a Black male in his late 20s with possible facial hair.
Takoma Park Police are actively investigating and urge anyone with information to contact them at 301-270-1100 and refer to case #250049996. Residents are reminded to use caution when approached by strangers and to report any suspicious activity immediately.
